Boxercise

Boxercise classes run every Monday evening at Hanwell Village hall. The class lasts approximately 1 hour including warm up and cool down.

  • Each class – £6 (on arrival – includes mitt/pad hire)
  • NOTE – Cost is only £5 if you bring your own mitts/pads
  • Booking required 
  • Beginners Class – First Monday of each month (all levels still welcome)

 

Boxercise HIIT
(High Intensity Interval Training)

Boxercise HIIT classes run every Friday evening at Hanwell Village hall, 15 minutes after the regular HIIT classes. The class lasts approximately 30 minutes including warm up and cool down.

  • Each class – £5 (on arrival – includes mitt/pad hire)
  • NOTE – Cost is only £4 if you bring your own mitts/pads
  • Pay for 5 classes in advance – £17.50
  • Pay for 10 classes in advance – £30

Circuit Training

Circuit training classes run twice every Tuesday evening at Hanwell Village Hall. The class lasts approximately 1 hour including warm up and cool down.

TRX’ercise Training

TRX’ercise training runs every Monday evening at North Oxfordshire Academy. The class lasts approximately 1 hour including warm up and cool down which is all done with the TRX suspension trainer.

HIIT Class

Monthly Passes

Monthly passes available. Passes can be used at all classes: 

  • 4 classes per calendar month – £17.50
  • 6 classes per calendar month – £25
  • 8 classes per calendar month – £32.50
  • 10 classes per calendar month – £40
  • UNLIMITED classes per calendar month – £47.50

Before booking your Personal Training sessions, a FREE consultation is offered, to discuss what you want to achieve from your sessions, and your current fitness levels. Various tests will be carried out including blood pressure and resting heart rate, to give me an indication of your fitness levels, and providing you with a starting block to build on. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me. All sessions are 1 hour long in the comfort of your own home or my purpose built fully equipped studio. Peak and off-peak prices are available.

Peak Times
(5.45-10.30pm)

  • Personal Training session – £40
  • Block of 6 sessions – £225 (£37.50 per session)
  • Block of 12 sessions – £420 (£35 per session)
  • (Block sessions must be used within a 90 day period.)

Off-Peak Times
(6-7.30am / 9.30am-2.30pm)

  • Personal Training session – £35
  • Block of 6 sessions – £180 (£30 per session)
  • Block of 12 sessions – £330 (£27.50 per session)
  • ( Block sessions must be used within a 90 day period.)

I also offer joint sessions to enable you to work out with a friend/partner:

  • 1 hour joint session – £30*
  • Block of 6 joint sessions – £150* (£25* a session)
  • Block of 12 joint sessions – £275* (under £23* a session)

High Intensity Interval Training Sessions (HIIT)

Before booking your HIIT sessions, a FREE consultation is offered in the same format as personal training sessions (above). HIIT sessions are shorter, more intense sessions which require maximal effort over short intervals and only last 30 minutes. They can be done alone or with a training buddy in the comfort of your own home, outdoors or my purpose built, fully equipped studio. Peak and off-peak prices are available.

Peak Times
(5.45-10.30pm)

  • Personal HIIT Session – £25
  • Block of 6 sessions – £120 (£20 per session)
  • Block of 12 sessions – £210 (£17.50 per session)
  • (Block sessions must be used within a 90 day period.)

Off-Peak Times
(6-7.30am / 9.30am-2.30pm)

  • Personal HIIT session – £20
  • Block of 6 sessions – £105 (£17.50 per session)
  • Block of 12 sessions – £180 (£15 per session)
  • ( Block sessions must be used within a 90 day period.)

Gym Training

Subject to your local gym being happy with an external personal trainer training you within their facilities, any additional costing requested by the gym will be incurred by the client.

 

Group Training

Cut the cost of a personal training session between your group and use the perfect motivation tool, by training with friends to help you push yourself to reach your goals. The session can be held in any location, such as a park, near you or your group.

* Note: Maximum number of 8 people per group session.

  • 1 hour session – £40 split between each member of the group
  • Block of 6 sessions – £225 (£37.50 a session split between each member of the group)
  • Block of 12 sessions – £420 (£35 a session split between each member of the group)


Massage

Payment, Cancellation, Terms & Conditions

• Payment must be made in advance prior to the session by cash or cheque to secure your booking.
• Fees will only ever be refunded at Trainer’s/Therapist’s discretion.
• Any cancellation within 24 hours of session will incur a full cost of the session.
• Please give 48 hours notice if you need to re-arrange appointment times.
• If you are ill, suitable notice must be given and refunds will be at Trainer’s/Therapist’s discretion.
