All classes require a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to be filled in before joining in.

Monthly Passes

Terms and Conditions

  • Classes must be attended within the chosen calendar month.
  • A card will be issued with an start/expiry date on. This date will include the amount of classes purchased depending on the offer paid for.
  • Only the person with their name on the card can use the card to gain entrance.
  • Payment must be taken before card is issued.
  • Passes must be shown each class to gain entry or normal admission will be charged.
  • No copies of pass cards will be accepted and entrance will be refused.
