Feel like you need to get back into shape and lose some of that baby weight? Or just have some fun exercising whilst meeting other mums, and enjoying the experience with the most precious thing in your life?
Welcome to Babycise the unique Mother and Baby exercise class. This class gives mums with young babies the opportunity to exercise without needing a lot of time or a babysitter to do so. No gym or dumbells are required, just your smiley little baby is all you need for enough resistance to exercise and tone up.
This relaxed workout gives mums the chance not only to do some exercise but to socialise and meet other mums and babies of similar ages around the Banbury area. Babycise is a short exercise class that stimulates your baby while you work. The use of your baby during the session is a great way of adding a light resistance to the exercises and keeping your baby entertained at the same time.
The next course starts on the 3rd June 2010 and runs for four weeks at Rugrats and Half Pints indoor play centre. Each class lasts approximately 45 minutes, and throughout the four weeks we run through, and progress exercises for all areas of the body.
